From their Yahoo Group: "This group is for Fans of Firefly who gather in the city of Toronto once a month for good food, good fun and even better company. You don't have to live in Toronto to join. Everyone is welcome to here, but please respect that this is a Toronto meetup group you are joining and as such all gatherings will be held in Toronto. All events will be close to the TTC subway line and pay parking.
All regular Firefly/Serenity discussions will be held on our larger Canada-wide group: Canadian Browncoats"
About 260 people are members of the Toronto Browncoats. Meetings are held monthly in a variety of locations. Shindigs vary from movie and dinner, Tshirt silkscreening afternoons, pub nights and movie marathons to cover a few.
