☀The Sci-Fi Fantasy Outpost is one of the most active social clubs for science fiction and fantasy enthusiasts in the national capital area. We meet several times a month for lunches, movies, concerts, conventions and more. Our mission is to be a vehicle for in-person, face-to-face interaction among those who share a common interest in science fiction, fantasy, superheroes, anime, steampunk, horror, and other genres of imaginative fiction.
This group was previously known as the Northern Virginia Firefly Meetup. And while we recreated it to be a more general interest Sci-Fi group, we will always be Browncoats!
